Registrations may be cancelled when notice is given at least:

a full 3 days in advance of a luncheon seminar;

a full 7 days in advance of an education course;

a full 7 days in advance of a 1/2 or full day seminar.
When this notice is given, the registrant shall receive a full refund.
No refund or credit will be given for no-shows.
IESBC reserves the right to cancel an event if registration is insufficient, or weather completely restricts the ability of registrants to attend the event. This decision would be made before the event begins, and if this occurs, registrants shall receive a full refund. IESBC shall not be held liable for any cancellation fees incurred by the registrant(s) for travel and/or accommodation expenses in the case an event is cancelled.
IESBC reserves the right to make program and/or speaker changes without notification to the registrants and without incurring any refund obligation to registrants.
Registration for an IESBC event signifies acceptance of our registration policies. Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Registration Fees are accepted in Canadian Dollars only.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons when arrangements have been made with IESBC, and when at least 24 hours notice has been given to IESBC. Transfers shall be made by the registered person in writing to the registrant representative, as indicated on the registration forms and receipts for each event. Registrants shall provide the following details; the full name of the replacement individual, their title, contact phone number, and e-mail address.
