Terms and Conditions
- Registrants may register online for only one (1) event or course at a time.
- Non-IES members may only register online for one (1) registrant each time. IES members registering online for an event may also register up to 10 guests. Please contact the event organizer if additional guests are required.
- In the case of educational registrations, no guests may be registered.
- Seats are limited and will be allocated in order of priority upon receipt of registration and all payments due.
- Payment may only be accepted by secured online credit card payment via Moneris check-out services provided by the IESBC website. Alternate payment methods may be arranged with the event or course organizer.
- Equivalent substitute delegates (e.g. member for member or non-member for non-member) are welcome at no additional charge, subject to our being informed in writing at least 3 working days in advance of each event and\or course of such substitution.
- Refunds for cancellation(s) will only be considered if cancellation is provided in accordance with IESBC’s Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse to register or admit any participant, and to cancel or postpone the event or course.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event and\or course, change its venue, or any of the other published details without the consent of the registrants, and without penalty to IESBC.
- All transactions are in Canadian Dollars.
